Interesting how pericarditis can look “dramatic” on ECG yet still be so different from an MI—diffuse concave ST elevation plus that PR depression feels like a fingerprint once you notice it. I’d never heard of Spodick’s sign until recently. Randomly, this reminded me of immigration medical exam i-693 in brooklyn.
